Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days. However, orders based around special promotions may take a bit longer to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. If after 7 business days your order hasn’t shipped, please contact us.


If you would like to exchange or return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of the date you received your product(s). Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Returns will be accepted if, and only if returned products are in the same condition as when originally received, with original packaging and accompanied by the order confirmation and receipt.

If the packaging is damaged and/or the items have obvious marks of use, we will not be able to accept the return.
